space together for healing and support
Groups & Support Circles
Sometimes individual therapy isn’t the only way to start. A group can offer something different: being witnessed, learning in community, and practicing new ways of showing up—together.
We offer 6-week groups that meet weekly for 60 minutes. Each group is intentionally small, gently facilitated, and designed to feel grounded and supportive.

2
No. You can participate by listening, reflecting, or sharing when you’re ready.
Can I join if I’m also in individual therapy?
3
Often, yes—many people find groups complement individual therapy well.
What if I miss a week?
4
We encourage consistent attendance to support group trust, but we’ll share guidelines and what to do if you miss.
