Fee: $150 for a 50 minute session, $175 for a 60 minute initial session, $240 for 80 minute EMDR session
family counseling & therapy
I believe that in order for someone to improve, we must work at the whole system. Therefore, family therapy is important in helping clients, especially adolescents, thrive. We are not islands and we can work together to nurture healthy development.

premarital counseling and marriage preparation
Congratulations! What an exciting and challenging time for you as you embark on a new chapter in your life together. I want to work with you both in finding your strengths and growth areas so that you can communicate and encourage one another well. Wedding planning can be tough and my goal is to help you not only successfully navigate where/when to get married, but also to stay married.

sliding scale (variable rates)
We are committed to serving people at various income levels. Each therapist offers a sliding-scale option to a certain amount of clients depending on financial income. If our fees deter you from receiving care, please feel free to email me for additional resources.
methods of payment
We accept cash, check, or major debit/credit cards, and HSA (health savings account) cards through our client portal.
insurance & private payment
We are currently not in-network with any insurance providers. We will not bill insurance companies directly but we are happy to provide you with monthly receipts that you can submit for reimbursement.
Please ask your insurance company about their out-of-network benefits towards mental health counseling. It may also be important to ask about your deductible
cancellation & no shows
Cancellations must be made through the client portal, phone, or email at least 24 hours before your appointment. You will be responsible for the entire fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.
